ESPRESSIONISMO FLOREALE

Espressionismo Floreale is a fine art and design collection created by creative director and designer Laura Niubó.

Consisting of a series of rugs, fine art prints, and a selection of flora-inspired lamps, yet to be produced, Espressionismo Floreale explores the theme of the rebirth of life through flowers. Using colors and geometric shapes, each artwork captures one natural reproductive part of a flower in its most abstract form.

The design is a study of color and composition that generates a sensation of sinuous, elegant, and forceful movement as these flowers, owned by nature, recall the importance of flora itself. This selection of sumptuous hues materializes in unlocking a vibrant way of living.

NIUBÓ as a brand is focused on crafting objects and experiences that consider people and environments. It aims to create new life stories in our daily lives by integrating art into tangible objects. RUGS

Espressionismo Floreale rugs are woven using a luxurious blend of New Zealand wool and vegan silk. With six unique designs—Anther, Carpel, Filament, Leaf, Petal, and Stamen— they are designed in Los Angeles and meticulously handcrafted in Portugal using the hand tufting technique.

The thoughtful use of color and the high-end materials on each rug design generates a synergy between vibrancy and balance.

Each textile landscape features its own distinct fine art print.
