Shipping

Prior to shipping, please allow 6 weeks of production for each rug and 3 days for each fine art print.

Delivery timing and charges are calculated by shipping address and volumetric weight at checkout.

Studio Niubó uses UPS for domestic and international delivery and we ship worldwide*

*Flight delays and cancellations due to Covid19 may cause some delays. Variations in Country postal processes may also delay the advised delivery times.

ARCHIVAL FINE ART PRINTS

Our prints are delivered from Los Angeles. Print orders sent within US should arrive in 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). International shipping will take 2-3 weeks. Notice that these delivery times are estimated after dispatch. We will always dispatch the printed art goods in stock within 2-3 days but any customised can take up until 2-3 weeks. Please allow more time for delivery at busy periods.

RUGS

Our rugs are made to order and they take 6 weeks production time. We also offer custom designs as well as custom sizes. Please email us if you're interested. 

They are made in Europe and delivered from Spain. Design products sent within EU should arrive in 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). International shipping will take 2 - 3 weeks. Notice that these delivery times are estimated after dispatch. We will always dispatch after 6 weeks of production. Please allow more time for delivery at busy periods.

Customs and import fees will be collected by the customer’s local institutions and will be the customer’s responsibility. We recommend you to inform yourself and check with the customs office in your country to avoid any unexpected charges. Also consider that orders with more than one item could charge additional fees on international deliveries.

We also offer other methods of International shipping with tracking if you prefer but will need to incur higher costs. International orders must arrive at customer’s billing addresses unless approved by Studio Niubó otherwise.

Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in time, shipping may vary depending on destination and Covid 19 circumstances. Once a package is shipped, we have no control over how long it will take to arrive.

It is important to note that we don’t have control over a parcel being delayed by the customs service in the destination country.

Returns/REfunds

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so if you are not completely happy you may return the items to us within 10 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a full refund or exchange - provided the items are returned complete and in original condition. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt.

To return an item, please contact us first by telephone or email. An email authorization is required to begin with. 

It is recommended that you keep the original packaging to help you with an easier return.

All inquiries can be sent to support@niubo.studio. Pending inspection, a credit or exchange will be processed for the item value and you will be contacted by email. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and Studio Niubó will not cover the shipping cost for any returns.

To return an item by mail, please insure the package and send it to the address below. Your return must be sent back to the correct address for us to credit or exchange your purchase. Items must be folded or placed back in the original packaging along with any corresponding tags. All items are subject to inspection and voiding of this contract due to wear and tear of a returned item. STUDIO NIUBO is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit to us.

DAMAGED GOODS

We are not responsible for damage or loss that may occur after the goods have been handed to the postal or courier service. If you receive damaged goods let us know immediately. Please retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim. If the package you receive is battered, please make sure you sign for it as “Damage package – goods not yet inspected”. If you do not receive your order after delivery time please get in touch with us at support@niubo.studio
